The new independent project from Stainless Games is called Carmageddon: Reincarnation and will released in 2012.

After this news is official that the Stainless bought from Square Enix the franchise rights. The first two titles Carmageddon and Carmageddon 2: Now Carpocalypse were developed by Square Enix.

The game is still in a incipit stage , and the release will come only in digital format, where you can download it directly into the computer / personal console. Developed platforms for which will be available were not revealed yet!
